Refrigerated Food Storage (Shelved Setup)

Our range of professional bakery equipment includes refrigerated food storage which come with a number of shelves. The shelves are adjustable and can be fitted at different levels within the refrigerator in order to be more suitable for whatever load is being stored in the commercial fridges at the time. Refrigerators with shelves are more suited to storing individual items and ingredients as opposed to large trays of product. The removable nature of the shelves means the cleaning process can be completed thoroughly because shelves can be detached in order to wash and all areas within the fridge become more accessible.
