A handy machine ideal for small to medium bakeries, with the same state of the art press as our BDM machines (also available on website) where the dough only makes contact with non stick and non rusting parts, the press and ring are made of an innovative material called POM C plastic which is a heavy duty compound to ensure you years of use. Ferneto machines come with a 2 year Guarantee. This model can take dough weights of 750g upto 3000g and divide them into 15 pieces. Optional extras on this model include a Stand, Stainless Steel Body and Additional Pans.
