Description

One off opportunity to purchase ex-display KreaSwiss ChocMelter, CM20.

  • Designed to heat and maintain chocolate at a temperature range of 20°C – 60°C (68°F – 140°F).
  • Works with direct and air based induction heating, applied from below and each of the four sides.
  • Temperature sensor located in the vat, therefore in the chocolate.
  • Heating unit clicks off when desired temperature is reached.  When lid left on, retained heat is excellent.
  • Specifically designed for heating chocolate and cocoa butter.
