Description

Our Ferneto Automatic Pie Press Machine (sometimes called a Pastry Press) is an essential machine for those Bakers who need to produce handmade quality tart and sweet pie bases in next to no time. The machine has been painstakingly designed and developed to mould the tart bases using the same basic movements as a traditional baker would if he were to do it by hand. Can be used with many different pastry types from shortcrust to puff pastry. Quick and easy to use with a continuous feed belt that allows the operator to continually load/unload without any annoyance of starting and stopping. A digitally thermostatically controlled die head gives a consistent production quality with temperatures from 30-60 degrees centigrade. The magnetic cup holder allows for easy placement of tins and with alternative kits with innovative design also allows easy use of foils as well, many different sizes all the way up to 125mm can be used with a great versatility. Capable of producing 1900+ tart/pie bases per hour (depending on speed of operator loading can be 10x faster than by hand). Compressed air unit is required to operate this machine, Please note: The machine does not trim the top edges of the pie when pressed, this would have to be done manually. The operating design is there to produce perfect pies and tarts especially the Pasteis De Nata (a Portuguese Custard Pie made with Puff Pastry), a free recipe for these is below.
