An industrial level heavy duty spiral mixer with digital control panel, a high quality machine perfect for stiff dough (low hydration) mixing jobs, so powerful it can even cope with introduction of ice into a bread dough mix as required in certain recipes. The Spiral hook fits the bowl tightly and enables you to do large or very small batches in the same bowl without worry. The bowl is specially moulded to be very gentle on the dough during mixing, allowing maximum fermentation; it has programmable controls for 9 programs and is mounted on castors and equipped with clamps for relocation in the bakery. All models now include a Drain cap to enable easy cleaning as standard, this model also features Bowl Reverse function as a standard! Ferneto machines come with a 2 year Guarantee. This is a 80kg mixer which means the maximum flour the bowl can hold is 80kg.
