The SCH 46×2 are rack blast freezers designed for cooling and rapid freezing of products before conservation.
They come in a standard or tunnel version and can accommodate four 400x600mm racks.
They fulfil 4 functions : fast positive and negative cooling, blast freezing cycle and an automatic revert to conservation mode at the end of each cycle, for a maximum duration of 8 hours.

• +65°C to +10°C : fast positive cooling and automatic revert to conservation mode (+2°C) at the end of the cycle.
• +65°C to -18°C : fast negative cooling and automatic revert to conservation mode (-20°C) at the end of the cycle.
• +25°C to -18°C : blast freezing and automatic revert to conservation mode (-20°C) at the end of the cycle.
