The ideal machine for a busy bakery environment: with both types of cutters (vertical stamping cutters and roller-cutters) it is able to cut most shapes, doughnuts, croissants, biscuits, cookies etc, at a much higher speed than by hand, making your business very profitable by reducing labour costs. Ferneto machines come with a 2 year Guarantee. Optional extras on this model include Cutting Heads to produce Croissants (2, 3 or 4 pieces), Ovals, Rounds, Pain Au Chocolat and Roller Dockers.
