Made of high quality acid resistant stainless steel our doughnut fryers are the perfect addition to the busy bakery. The unit is highly insulated to ensure minimal heat output through the casing. Easy to clean with the control and element lifting straight off the machine and also fitted as standard with a drain tap to quickly and easily drain the oil from the tank for cleaning. This model will hold 24 ‘average sized’ doughnut pieces. Comes on a stand with racking for spare fryer trays underneath. Pan measures 494x414x180mm.
