Each deck can generate steam, with each one having independent steam controls and exhaust valve. All come with a hood and exhaust fan as standard and automatic start function for each day of the week to ensure the oven is heated exactly for when you need it maximising production time. All controls and maintenance are made at the front of the Oven for easy maintenance needs and during installation you can choose which side you require the controls to be mounted.
