Ferneto Industrial Pastry Sheeter

These stainless steel 20 speeds pastry sheeters from Ferneto feature belts with a 64cm working width. The gap between the rollers is manually adjustable from 0 to 60mm. the capacity of these machines is up to 16kg of pastry.

They have stainless steel rollers, 2 bi-directional belt drives, removable tables and removable foot controls. Scraper blades are easy to remove for cleaning, as are the belts.
