Temperature controls can be easily set as well as a digital timer to aid your cooking timing. The machine has 2 mixing speeds of 46rpm and 92rpm which can be switched between with a simple press of a switch. The machine is suited to cook creams, custards, fruits, vegetables, soups, for melting chocolates, fondants and for processing a large range of similar products, if it can be cooked or heated this mixer will likely be able to make it. Mech Masz machines come with a 1 year Guarantee. Optional extras on this model include a Reinforcement for work with caramels and a cooling system to cool the unit down quickly after use..
