Strongly built heated mixer, made entirely of stainless steel. The jacket of the machine holds a thermal transfer oil which is slowly heated in order to cook the product inside. Temperature controls can be easily set as well as a digital timer to aid your cooking timing. The machine has 2 mixing speeds of 46rpm and 92rpm. The machine can be used for a wide variety of products including to cook creams, custards, fruits, vegetables, soups, fondants and for melting chocolates.
