Large and small bakeries are catered for with our electric pastry sheeters, they have 20 speed settings and the gap between the Stainless Steel rollers can be adjusted between 0-40mm fast and easily. Please see below details of the optional sizes that can be purchased.

The Stainless steel tables of these Pastry brakes are removable for easy cleaning and each machine comes with plastic collecting pins. Working width is 50cm for Tabletop models and they can take a capacity of up 8kg of pastry. Ferneto machines come with a 2 year Guarantee. Optional extras on this model include a Stainless Steel Body.
