The Stainless steel tables of these Pastry brakes are removable for easy cleaning and each machine comes with plastic collecting pins. Working width is 50cm for the 500 Series of Freestanding models and they can take a capacity of up 8kg of pastry. Optional extras on this model include a Stainless Steel Body.
