Perfectly designed for whipping and creaming due to the high speed of the whisk these planetary mixers are an essential tool for any bakery. This mixer holds a maximum bowl capacity of 20Ltrs. Optional extras on this model include a stainless steel body, additional tools & bowls, touch screen controls and a reduction kit to allow 10Ltr production.

The electronic speed variation system offers a choice of 20 speeds to preserve the quality of food. The machine slowly gains speed before reaching its full before slowing down to help create perfect results every time. The mixer has 3 attachments which includes whisk, hook and a beater which is moulded to the bowl. This can help ensure accurate whipping and creaming. Fast bowl release system means there is no screwing or clamping.
