This slicer for rolls and baguettes is suitable to slice cooled down buns, rolls, baguettes and cakes which measure up to 60cm long, 11cm wide and 7cm high. It is very useful in bakeries, shops, canteens, restaurants and bread shops. It is possible to slice the product totally or partly, as the knife is fully adjustable within the chute. The chute is mounted at an angle and therefore the product will be fed automatically to the specially made circular cutting blade. Adjusting the top guiding plate to the desired height means all the products will be sliced at the same height, perfect for quick yet large production quantities. The capacity of the machine is approximately 2000 products/hour.
