Our conventional manual bread slicer tabletop are reliable and hard wearing. Fast, accurate slicing motion means you can slice a loaf in seconds. The total slicing width is 42cm. Our manual bread slicer can be made to produce any one of the following slice thicknesses: 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 18, 20mm. Choose the slice thickness when you order your machine. All Rollmatic bread slicers are made to comply with the EU and British Safety standards. This machine comes equipped with an interlocked safety guard.  These machines will serve well in any bakery environment. Optional extras on this model include a stand with wheels and a blade lubrication kit for rye breads. Rollmatic machines come with a 1 year Guarantee except wear and tear.
