Description

The professional cleaner for baking and confectionery trays manufactured by MECH-MASZ Szczecinski is perfectly adapted for operation with the most common tray sizes used in the industry including 400 x 600 mm, 600 x 800 mm, 460×762 mm (30″ x 18″) and all intermediate sizes. Purchase of the cleaner and its regular use guarantee that your trays will be kept properly clean and in good condition. The device can work with plain and perforated trays made of different materials such as stainless steel, aluminium, and black steel. the operator can program the number of cycles (passages of a tray between the brushes), up to 20 cycles, according to the degree of soiling of the trays to be cleaned. The machine can be operated by one person, as at the end of the cycle the cleaned tray returns to the operator.

The versatility of the trays cleaner is also reflected by the fact that it is possible to clean trays even 4-sides up trays with a side height of up to 25 mm ( 1″).  Impurities accumulate underneath the cleaner on a retractable easy-empty drawer. The machine is mounted on castors and can be moved around the production area. The body of the machine is made of smooth stainless steel, therefore its surfaces are as smooth and hygienic as possible.

Easy access to the cleaning brushes substantially facilitates the maintenance of the equipment. As many as 16 cleaning brushes, 8 per row, ensure desirable working output.  We use high quality reinforced brushes which guarantee the ‘bristles’ are firmly held in place.

The front and rear guides are removable which provides a minimum amount of space required to store the machine if it is not used for a longer period.
