Wicker Proofing Baskets
Our wicker proofing baskets are crafted from tightly woven natural willow and are used by professional bakers to consistently shape loaves. These sturdy baskets produce loaves with excellent height, structure and a uniformly crisp crust. They are suitable for the day-to-day demands of busy bakery and kitchen environments.
Available in round, rectangular and crown shapes, our range includes baskets for dough capacities from 400g to 1,000g. Cotton liners are also available to help reduce sticking and make preparing baskets for the next bake quicker and easier.
