Plastic Proving Baskets
Our plastic proving baskets are a hygienic and hard-wearing alternative to traditional cane and wicker bannetons. Easy to clean, stackable and resistant to moisture, they are a practical option for busy commercial bakeries.
Available in round and rectangular shapes, with dough capacities from 500g to 1,500g, each basket has a perforated design to allow airflow around the dough during proving. Cotton liners are also available for every size to help prevent sticking and create a different finish on your loaves.
Plastic proving baskets are dishwasher safe, easy to sanitise between batches and won't harbour mould. Bulk pricing is available across the range.
