Digital Control Convection Oven For 30×18 Inch Trays. Baking with fan circulated air which is powered by using a turbine which reverses the air flow to ensure even bakes. With a 10 programmable setting temperature control, timer and alarm for notifying when baking is complete, separate steam timer for starting and motorising steam release and halogen lights these ovens are built with the professional in mind.

Optional extras on this model include a conversion to Basic Controls instead of Digital (at a reduced price), a hood embellisher and a stand.
