Full Description
The bowl is specially moulded to be very gentle on the dough during mixing, This then allows maximum fermnetation. It has programmable controls for 9 programs and is mounted on castors and equipped with clamps for relocation in the bakery. Every model now includes a drain cap to enable easy cleaning as standard.
Optional extras can include stainless steel body and a fully closed plastic guard.
