An industrial level heavy duty spiral mixer with digital control panel, a high quality machine perfect for stiff dough, and even more durable than our reinforced mixers. These models are built from the ground up to work up to 24 hours. The Spiral hook fits the bowl tightly and enables you to do large or very small batches in the same bowl without worry. The bowl is specially moulded to be very gentle on the dough during mixing, allowing maximum fermentation. It has programmable controls for 9 programs and is mounted on castors, equipped with clamps for relocation in the bakery. All models now include a drain cap to enable easy cleaning as standard, this model also features Bowl Reverse function as a standard!
