Innovative, our Bun Divider Moulder adapts to the baker’s processes by allowing adjustments to the cutting, pressing and rolling, and even giving the option to select the “hard dough” or “soft dough” settings.
To save time, the operator can also save settings in the machine’s memory – 12 programs available.
Equipped with a removable dividing head, DAA is an extremely versatile equipment: it is possible to use several heads, for different divisions and weights.
