The screw can be removed and swapped for any of the other screws allowing you to have a wide range in the size of dough pieces you are rounding for your pizzas. Dell Oro machines come with a 1 year Guarantee. This model of screw is workable with any dough pieces from 20-35g it has an hourly production of up to 2000 pieces. Optional extras on this model include a Change from 3ph to 1ph, a Stand and Additional Screw Heads for producing different weights from any of the other model weight ranges you see in the list of Pizza Moulders.
