Create perfect rounded dough pieces with our conical dough rounder. the machine gently processes the dough whilst retaining it structure and quality by rotating a conical part which pushes dough pieces along the spiral open pipe. Ideal for use with bread between 55% and 75% hydration dough pieces it can mould 1800 pieces per hour depending on operator speed, size of piece and type of dough. This model is for pieces from 100g to 800g. Dell Oro machines have a 1 year parts and labour warranty. Optional Extras on this machine include Teflon Coating for the Pipe
