Semi Automatic Bun Divider Moulder (Interchangeable Head PDV415)

Our semi automatic bun divider moulder is a very productive machine with consistent output. Reliable and simple to use, its interchangeable head is made of an innovative POM C polymer non-stick press and stainless-steel knives. With these, it divides dough quickly and efficiently and avoids any risk of rust, which is common with most BDMs on the market. Our BDMs come with three moulding plates as standard, additional plates can be purchased if needed. Our semi automatic bun divider moulder are mounted on castors to make it easy move them in the bakery. They come with a free spare parts kit (springs and stopper). Optional extras on this model include stainless steel body
Benefits of removable/interchangeable heads are:

• You save a lot on labour costs with the daily cleaning. Removable heads are much faster to clean by hand than traditional fixed head BDMs. You can even wash the heads and knives in a dishwasher.
• You can extend your product range massively, as with only 2 of the available heads you can produce pieces with a weight range from 30g to 300g.
