Description

The world renowned Tagliavini Tronik oven comes with a technologically advanced energy management system, which ensures that the energy usage is optimised at all time, at the same time as enabling a high quality bake. In other words, the energy is carefully managed to avoid any waste of energy, but the oven is never starved of energy when it needs it to ensure a perfect bake.
All the Tronik decks are independent baking chambers individually controlled by an intuitive Smart touch control panel. With the Smart touch control comes the possibility of modulation of installed power, and the distribution of power to top and bottom. The distribution of the heating elements ensures even distribution of heat and increased density of elements near the door guarantees a speedy heat recovery after a door has been opened. Effectively, each deck is a real independent oven within the oven.

 

We offer a wide range of sizes and 2 possible crown heights (20cm, and 24cm).
