The Spiral hook fits the bowl tightly and enables you to do large or very small batches in the same bowl without worry. The bowl is specially moulded to be very gentle on the dough during mixing; allowing maximum fermentation, easy to use digital controls and 9 different programs make this an easy yet versatile machine. All models now include a Drain cap to enable easy cleaning as standard, this model also features Bowl Reverse function as a standard! Ferneto machines come with a 2 year Guarantee.
