Description

A very fast larger model of French stick dough moulder (can produce up to 1800 pieces per hour). A very versatile machine as it will easily process dough pieces from 50g to 2000g and has a working width of 1070mm. The dough balls are stretched by a fixed belt and a moving belt to enable a gentle yet effective method of stretching the pieces, with very limited heat generation. A thick woven wool belt means you get a longer belt life as well as better quality moulding, easy to remove covering for excellent maintenance. Merand machines come with a 1 year Guarantee. Optional extras on this model include a Stainless Steel Body, Pointop system (for automatic processing of baguettes and sharp end breads), Short Loaves guide (for sandwich loaves and alike), Roll Guides for 3 or 4 roll pieces, the Handle on left instead of right, a Wheeled Stand, In-Feed belt, Out feed Belt.
