The machine has been painstakingly designed and developed to mould the tart bases using the same basic movements as a traditional baker would if he were to do it by hand. Can be used with many different pastry types from shortcrust to puff pastry. Quick and easy to use with a continuous feed belt and mould loading that allows the machine to continually load without any annoyance of starting and stopping.
