Functional water meters can dispense volumes of water at a specified temperature. The machine has a digital display and control which can be used to set the amount you wish to dispense and the temperature. They can be used with most standard water systems with connections of half or 3-quarter-inch piping. Mixing can be from either hot and ambient water sources or on the more sophisticated models hot, ambient, and cold water sources.
