Description

A very fast French stick dough moulder (can produce up to 1500 pieces per hour), equipped with three rollers of equal diameter to avoid tearing of the dough, this machine gives you the best results. A very versatile machine as it will easily process dough pieces from 50g to 1450g and has a working width of 830mm. The dough balls are stretched by 2 belts that move in opposite directions to enable a gentle yet effective method of stretching the pieces. A thick woven wool belt means you get a longer belt life as well as better quality mouldng, easy to remove covering for excellent maintenance (belts can be changed in approximately 25 minutes). Merand machines come with a 1 year Guarantee. Optional extras on this model include a Stainless Steel Body, Pointop system (for automatic processing of baguettes and sharp end breads), Progressive Presheeting System, Short Loaves guide (for sandwich loaves and alike), the Handle on left instead of right, a Wheeled Stand, In-Feed belt, Out feed Belt.
